Transparent commission structure to complement a competitive salary of £23,000, realistic OTE reaching £28,000.


Overview of Role


You will be an active and enthusiastic golfer and have experience within a similar sales role in the hospitality sector, possess a sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes and modern marketing methods.


You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering sales with your primary focus being the selling of golf membership and group golf bookings. Working closely with the Sales Manager you will be committed to deliver the financial objectives of the business. We are in the people business, so a personable and approachable nature is critical, you will need to be an effective communicator, well presented, with a strong desire to succeed, all attributes that will support your success in the future.


Due to the nature of this role, evening and weekend working will be required with a monthly rota provided based on the business requirements and the individuals personal commitments.


• Handling customer sales enquiries from start to finish.

• Be proactive and can turn sales leads into genuine prospects through personability and rapport.

• Contributing to reaching and exceeding the monthly and annual membership and golf bookings sales targets

• Conduct tours and show-rounds.

• Maximising the revenue potential from fully identifying needs and upselling effectively.

• Ensure that all sales procedures are being correctly implemented and used to generate new leads and convert enquiries to business.
