An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Prosports International in Dubai.
Prosports are the leading distributor of golf equipment and apparel in the Middle East region and retail partner of the premier clubs in UAE and Qatar.
Role Responsibilities: -
Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Monitor stock levels and replenishments
Be adept at visual merchandising and regularly ensure displays are kept fresh
Keep abreast of market trends and developments
Periodically arrange staff training and development
Deliver a high standard of custom club fitting ensuring the customer's every need is met
Ensure a professional after sales service is delivered
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to the business
Ensure minimum business standards for both Prosports and the facility are maintained and adhered to by all staff Role Requirements and Skills
Knowledge of Retail Management best practices - Strong commercial awareness and an ability to work to set budgets
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience of custom fitting for golf equipment
Knowledge and experience with Trackman would be a significant advantage
Qualified PGA professional of a recognised PGA would also be an advantage
