Product Manager – Europe (French Speaking) -

Responsible for developing and optimising assigned accounts within the European product portfolio. To grow and maintain financial returns, market position and competitive advantage. A French speaking applicant is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & maintain positive Supplier relationships, negotiating the best possible commercial agreement, annually.

  • Develop Supplier account plans and strategies to grow market share

  • Identify partners commercial requirements and seek to deliver on the opportunity

  • Communicate with cross-functional teams across the business to deliver business goals

  • Support and deliver on EU country strategies

  • Strive to deliver on European account and business KPI’s

Tasks & Duties required to perform:

  • Relationship Management

  • All relationship management information to be managed through

  • Communicate and liaise regularly with European Sales & Customer Service teams building commitment and trust

  • Fully understand the commercial terms of all accounts within your portfolio

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops and conferences

  • Regional Strategy

  • Understand the industry landscape through regular competitor analysis

  • Develop products to differentiate ourselves from competitors to create customer value

  • Strive to create the desire to buy

  • Internal Support

  • Ensure pricing and offers are loaded accurately and that products are displayed on the web correctly

  • Analyse, understand and strive to solve rate queries

  • Load country pricing to fully understand the end to end process and commercial offering

  • Support sales team with sales queries /pricing requests, identifying and resolving gaps in information
