Main Objectives:

To manage the golf operations at Harewood Downs Golf Club effectively whilst promoting a welcoming, professional image to members, guests, and visitors. One of the primary objectives of the Golf Operations Supervisor will be to drive increasing member satisfaction levels through 100% customer focus and constant improvement and coaching of team members within the department.

The Individual:

The successful candidate will understand the rules and traditions of the game of golf, be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and will understand this role will include working evenings and weekends.


A competitive salary £21,840.00 per annum (30 hours per week) + commission (upon delivery of pre-agreed KPI’s) + 100% of coaching income. In addition, the Club offer an excellent range of employee benefits which includes: Free membership, meals on duty, pension contribution & flexible hours. There is no Club accommodation available with this role.
