● Coaching and Instruction: Provide high-quality coaching to golfers of all levels, utilising advanced technology to track and improve performance.
● Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with our community, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
● Technology Utilisation: Leverage Trackman and other innovative tools to offer data-driven insights and personalised training plans.
● Community Building: Foster a vibrant golf community by organising golfing (on & off-course) events, workshops, and social activities.
● Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients, contributing to TeeGo's growth and success. Who you are…
● Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Golf Professional, with a strong track record in coaching. Experience in business development is ideal but not mandatory.
● Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for building and growing a business, with innovative ideas to drive golfing excellence and is a self-starter who takes initiative.
● Technical Savviness: Proficiency with golf technology, including Trackman, and the ability to integrate data into coaching practices.
● Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to an outstanding service.
● Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire both clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere.
● Community-Oriented: A genuine interest in creating a supportive and inclusive golf community.

About TeeGo London TeeGo is transforming the golfing experience in London with our golf-only indoor facilities that cater to dedicated golfers. Our first location, located near the Battersea Power Station, has been a resounding success, and we’re expanding rapidly with funding already secured for this next exciting phase.
