Redlibbets Golf Club is looking for golf focused staff to help run its check in operation joining a talented and passionate team in a fantastic location.
Unlike many golf clubs, this job is ever-changing and will challenge you to progress and learn.
The CIO is expanding on an annual basis so there is a lot of opportunities inside the business to progress into other areas and other clubs. We are currently recruiting for Golf Operations Assistants to work within the clubhouse to manage our golf booking system (tee sheet) and welcome new golfers along with members to the club.
Our golf operations team are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and visitors. Ensuring all golfers are looked after in the correct manner, bookings are kept up to date and interactions with customers and members are dealt with positively and in line with company expectation and procedure.
Experience of golf is essential. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a high level of organisation at all times and will need to be an excellent team player who can work well within a small yet growing and ambitious team.
You must be punctual, friendly and boast excellent communicational skills.
The Golf check-in area is situated within the clubhouse and some bar work will be required.

Shift patterns would vary across the week from 5.30 am through until 9pm with split shifts of early and later starts throughout the summer with shifts across the year dependent on sunlight and weather.
