Join our team as a part-time Customer Support Representative and help us provide exceptional service to golf enthusiasts booking tee times on Leading Courses.
This is a flexible position that offers 10-25 hours per week and the ability to work remotely.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable team player passionate about helping customers and solving problems. If you love to play and know a lot about golf and if you are pro-active, outgoing and independent then this might be the perfect position for you!
We prefer the candidate to live outside of the UK due to Brexit complications, however we welcome applications from all over Europe.
What does a Customer Support Specialist at Leading Courses do?
As a Customer Support Specialist working for Leading Courses, you will have a crucial role within our tight-nit team. You will work side by side with all other departments in order to properly serve our customers, find solutions to their issues and improve our products.
You will also:
Maintain client relations by answering product and service related questions
Communicate with international clients (globally)
Maintain client and user data Secure tee-time reservations at golf clubs world-wide
Help us improve our customer service procedures and processes
Conduct and manage customer satisfaction research
Who are you?
You are eager to learn
You are a self-starter and an independent worker
You have at least one year of Customer Support experience
You are comfortable communicating with international clients (verbal & written)
You are not afraid to ask questions
You are thorough in your work and pay attention to detail
You enjoy working in a team
What we expect from you?
That you are available between 10 and 25 hours a week and during the weekend
That you are fluent in English, and preferably also fluent in another language like French, German, Italian or Dutch.
You need to have a deep understanding of golf
That you successfully assist the team where you can
That you are prepared to work on different days in the week and sometimes during the weekend
That you want to work hard and can add something to our organisation
