Acushnet Europe Limited, home to the iconic golf brands Titleist & FootJoy, are on the lookout for a vibrant individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative in the Custom Clubs Team on a full-time permanent basis.
Located at our headquarters in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of our top products. As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things custom clubs, providing support to our trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
But wait, there's more! We're not just looking for a voice on the other end of the line. We want someone with enthusiasm, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine desire to fulfill customer satisfaction.
Now, you don't need to be a golfer to land this gig (although a love for the game certainly won't hurt!). What matters most is your eagerness to learn, your can-do attitude, and your willingness to dive headfirst into the world of customer service. You will also be focused, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as help drive continuous improvement.
