Assistant Clubhouse Manager, Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society


DPSM is delighted to be partnering with Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society with a search for an Assistant Clubhouse Manager.

Role Overview: Manages the food and beverage service for Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society (The Society) and leads the team of full and part time team members. Focusing on excellent service delivery, innovation and member and guest satisfaction. We are searching for a candidate with the following qualities:

  • Previous leadership in food and beverage departments

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skill written and verbal

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Confident, friendly, and personable manner.

  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness

  • High levels of personal integrity.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Basic IT Skills including Excel and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of the club industry

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience with POS platforms.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • 40 hours working week, 5 days per week, weekend work required as well as some late evening work.

  • Competitive Basic Salary

  • 5% pension contribution

  • 29 days holiday per annum inclusive of public holidays (note, December 25 and January 1 are mandatory)

  • Meal whilst on duty

  • Playing access to the golf course and practice facilities
